Jump into the depths of an abandoned factory...
Explore a dystopian factory as Lida, a woman with abilities inspired by the science of jumping spiders.
Traverse the environment, evade dangers, and discover upgrades to your sense of sight, which is modeled after real-life jumping spider vision. Your augmented vision creates uniquely color-based puzzles and obstacles in Lida's journey, guiding her through an environment blending the industrial with the habitat of a jumping spider.
ChromaBound is best experienced with a Tobii eye tracker, but can also be played with mouse & keyboard. We are currently working on adding webcam functionality.
Current Status
ChromaBound is in active development with milestones set in March and April 2025. A complete alpha build is set to be released in May 2025.

Hm I did get the first 2 upgrades.
Not sure if there is anything else to do.
Except maybe going out of bounds which is rather easy to do and likely not intended :-)
coem to think of it, some screenshots on this page look unfamiliar, so I maybe really missed something?
Also no idea what the second upgrade actually does, well, except make things look green instead of grey :-)
hey, thanks for playing! currently the two upgrades are all there really is to collect in the game, and yeah, it's pretty easy to OOB right now since we're still in early development.
some of the screenshots are actually from levels that aren't in the build yet, so no worries, you likely didn't miss anything. and yep - the main purpose of the second upgrade is to upgrade your vision so you can see the color green.
thanks again for playing! we're working hard to add more to the game, so hopefully there'll be more to see soon - we have a milestone in march and another in april, with an alpha due by may. i'll update the page with this info as well!
